President of Cargair/ Max Aviation, OGP is the man who led Cargair/ Max Aviation to its actual success. Part of Quebec’s aviation for more than 35 years, he was one of the founders of the Quebec’s Air Carriers Association that celebrated its 30 year anniversary in 2006. Known and recognized, he is the type of entrepreneur always looking for new challenges to avoid retirement! Max Aviation is what it is today thanks to his dedication to the company and the importance he attaches to safety and to loyalty towards his clients, employees and suppliers.
Josée Prud’homme,
President
Daughter of the president, lawyer and owner of a B.A.A of HEC Montreal, Josee worked at different positions in the company during her studies. After working as a corporate lawyer for the Fasken Martineau cabinet, she decided to go back to the source by joining back the family company as vice-president in 1999. She also makes customer service her priority and is always available for her clients and employees.

Maintenance being the nerve center of an aviation company, Mr O. Guy Prud’homme had to rely on an associate ensuring the durability of the company based on safety and thoroughness of the maintenance performed. For that he could rely on his nephew Pierre to play this demanding role. Pierre has been wirh the company for more than 26 years.
Pierre supervises all the inspection and maintenance operations performed on the aircraft. On top of being himself a pilot he has an impressive background and notable certifications
