What to do if my reservation is cancelled?

If the flight is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control (weather or other) there will not be any service fees and you will be able to postpone your reservation.
If you need to cancel for any reason, please call your Max Aviation’s representative as soon as possible at 1-800-561-0613, 418-263-2842, or at 450 656 1710 in order to help us re-dispatch the aircraft and save cancellation fees.
