Qualified Professionals

Every Max Aviation pilot, just like those of major airlines, have a commercial pilot license. The captain of the flight has received a specific training for the type of aircraft flown and has passed a flight test with a Transport Canada examiner.

Max Aviation’s difference?

The first officers are also subject to a flight test with a Transport Canada examiner. Thus, it is important that you request 2 well qualified pilots on the aircraft you charter. Note that this qualification is not mandatory but is there to ensure that you have two experienced pilots flying you to destination.

 

A Demanding Career Path

Max Aviation’s pilots are recruited among Cargair Lted/Max Aviation Inc.’s best flight instructors. Cargair Ltd is the owner of the biggest privately owned flight school in Quebec.   Established in 1961, Cargair trains over a 100 pilots each year.

The best graduates from our school start to work as flight instructors.   After having accumulated a certain number of flight hours, they become first officers on our Piper Navajo aircraft before being upgraded to captain.

As they gain more and more experience and flight hours, some of them will access to a first officer position, then captain on our high performance aircraft, the Beechraft King Air B100.
